Account information: name, email address, organization affiliation, role, and authentication credentials managed through our identity provider.

Content you provide: music catalogs, master recordings, metadata, artwork, distribution details, and any other files or information you upload to the Service.

Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically to help us maintain and improve performance.

Payment information: billing details processed by our third-party payment providers. LMG Core does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process transactions and distribute content on your behalf; to authenticate users and enforce organization-level access controls; and to communicate with you about updates, security notices, or support requests.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and to inform product decisions. This data does not identify you or your organization individually.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations; distribution partners, when necessary to deliver Your Content to the destinations you select; and legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of LMG, our users, or the public.

Within an organization's workspace, information may be visible to other authorized members based on the roles and permissions configured by that organization's administrators.

We retain account information and Your Content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Following account termination, we retain data only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Audit logs and records required for financial, tax, or regulatory compliance may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable law.
