By accessing or using LMG Core (the "Service"), operated by Limitless Music Group ("LMG," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including artists, label staff, administrators, and any other authorized account holders within an organization's workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are provisioned and managed within an organization's workspace. Your role and permissions within that workspace are determined by your organization's administrators and may be changed or revoked at any time.

LMG Core provides tools for managing music catalogs, distribution, releases, and related label operations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the rights to distribute; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of all master recordings, compositions, artwork, and metadata you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant LMG a limited license to host, process, and distribute it solely as necessary to provide the Service.

LMG Core retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any LMG intellectual property to you.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees, as described in your organization's applicable agreement or order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

LMG Core reserves the right to change pricing on a going-forward basis, with reasonable notice provided to affected organizations.

LMG Core may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access poses a security or operational risk to the Service or other users.

An organization's administrators may remove or deactivate individual user accounts within their workspace at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 4, 7, and 8) survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LMG Core does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure, though we maintain commercially reasonable measures to protect the reliability and integrity of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

LMG Core's total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you or your organization paid to LMG in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Music Group is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

LMG Core may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email to the account holder. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
